Loose Ends: Privacy Policy

This policy covers the iPhone and iPad game Loose Ends: Connect Dots (“Loose Ends”) from Vectorline Apps LLC (“we”). Loose Ends is a puzzle game. We do not collect, store, sell or share your personal information. There are no ads, no accounts, and no third-party analytics or tracking in the app. The game works without an internet connection.

Your progress

Your progress (levels, stars, settings and daily streak) is saved on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, the game also keeps a copy of your progress in your own iCloud account, using Apple’s iCloud key-value storage, so it follows you between your devices and comes back if you reinstall the game. That copy belongs to your Apple ID. We cannot see it, and we do not receive it. You can turn this off in your iPhone’s iCloud settings. Choosing Erase all progress in the game’s Settings clears the progress on your device and the copy in your iCloud.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Apple Game Center, the game sends your total score to Game Center so it can appear on the leaderboard. When you play a live one-on-one match with a friend, your device and your friend’s device exchange the puzzle, your progress, your finishing time and, after the match, a replay of your finished lines, through Game Center. The game shows your friend’s Game Center name during the match. All of this is handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your name, your Apple ID, your matches or any other details.

Reminders

If you turn on the optional Daily reminder, the game asks for your permission to show notifications and schedules them on your device. They are created and delivered on your device. Nothing about them is sent to us or to any server, and you can turn them off at any time in the game’s Settings or in your iPhone’s Settings.

Purchases

The optional one-time purchase that unlocks levels 101 to 300 is processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details or your Apple ID. You can restore a purchase on any device signed in to the same Apple ID.

Information from Apple

If you choose to share app usage or crash data with developers in your iOS settings, Apple may give us anonymous, aggregated statistics and crash reports through App Store Connect and TestFlight. These do not identify you.

Children

The game contains no ads, no links to social networks, no chat, no accounts and no data collection by us, and is suitable for all ages.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
